Short routes for the northern marine industry

Marine projects often have tight windows: the boat is briefly in the yard, the refit has to be finished. A regional manufacturing partner shortens coordination and delivery.

Salt air, UV and moisture are the biggest enemies of plastic parts on board. That is why we use ASA outdoors and PA12 for heavily loaded parts.

For safety relevant or classified parts we say openly that other routes are needed.

Do printed parts withstand salt water?: ASA and PA12 resist salt water. Metal inserts should be stainless steel or brass.
Can you produce for classification societies?: We do not hold component approvals. For parts without classification requirements, prototypes and interior fit-out we are the right contact.
Do you deliver to shipyards in the region?: Yes, from Schleswig across northern Germany and nationwide by shipping.
Can you take a part off the boat and rebuild it?: Send us the part or good photos with dimensions. We reconstruct the model.
