3D printing for agricultural machinery
A broken plastic bracket can stop a machine in the middle of the season. We make spare parts, brackets and covers for agricultural machines, even when the manufacturer no longer supplies them.
Reproduction from the old part possible
Typical parts for agricultural machines
Parts that have to withstand weather, dust and vibration.
Spares for older machines
Knobs, covers and brackets no longer available.
Retrofit mounts
Mounts for terminals, cameras and GPS receivers.
Cable and hose guides
Guides that prevent chafing.
Seeding and metering parts
Small parts for seeding equipment from samples.
Suitable materials
ASA for parts in the sun, PA12 for tough, impact resistant parts.
- ASAThe outdoor specialist - ABS mechanics with true UV stability.
- PA12Tough, low-friction nylon for functional mechanical parts.
- PA12-CFCarbon-filled nylon 12 - the metal replacement workhorse.
- TPUFlexible thermoplastic polyurethane - Shore 95A.
- PETGTough, food-safe-capable everyday workhorse.
Details for agricultural parts
- 01Old part or photos with dimensions if there is no CAD data.
- 02Location: cab, exterior or engine bay.
- 03Contact with fertiliser, diesel or hydraulic oil.
- 04Quantity if several machines are affected.
When the manufacturer no longer supplies
Agricultural machines are often used for decades. Spare supply for plastic parts often ends long before. A small broken bracket then becomes a problem although the machine otherwise runs perfectly.
We reconstruct such parts from the old part and improve them where needed: thicker walls at the break, a better material, metal threads instead of plastic threads.
The new part is documented and can be reordered at any time.

Agricultural machinery FAQ
- Can you rebuild a part without a CAD file?
- Yes. We measure the old part and create a new model. Broken parts can often be reconstructed too.
- Do printed parts last outdoors?
- With ASA or PA12 yes. PLA is unsuitable outdoors.
- Is a reproduced part permitted?
- Safety relevant parts have special requirements. For covers, brackets and controls reproduction is usually unproblematic. When in doubt we raise it.
- How fast is it during the season?
- With existing data often 2 to 4 working days. With reconstruction a little longer.
