Why reorders sometimes turn out different
A different filament, orientation or layer height is enough for a part to fit or look different. Many suppliers slice every order from scratch.
We work with fixed versions. It sounds bureaucratic, but it is why your assembly runs the same on the tenth call-off as on the first.

Do I have to resend the file each time?
No. Tell us the part and quantity and we produce to the stored version.
What about design changes?
You send the new revision and we store it as a new version. The old one stays traceable.
Are framework agreements possible?
Yes, for regular volumes we are happy to discuss call-off orders.
How do I get a price?
Upload your STEP or STL file in the instant quote. You see the price immediately, and we check the file for problems before production.
Which information is needed for Repeat production?
Send a STEP file where possible, together with quantity, operating temperature, load, environmental conditions and critical dimensions. This lets us define material, orientation, production strategy and inspection effort for the part.
