Step 1:
Upload your file.
CAD files are preferred. STEP files work best.
STL files are not read by the automatic quoting system, so always use STEP or OBJ when possible.
Step 2:
Enter your email, select your country, and choose the measurement unit you designed the part in.
This is critical so the software reads the real size of your part correctly.
Then press Continue.
Step 3:
Check the size on the left side under the item overview.
If it does not match your original design, adjust the scaling until the dimensions are correct.
Step 4:
On the top right, choose the material you want your part printed in and set the quantity.
Step 5:
Select the infill percentage and layer height you want for your part.
These directly affect strength, surface quality, and price.
Step 6:
Add notes if there is anything important we should know, such as tolerance requirements, strength priorities, or surface finish expectations.
If not, press Place Order and continue with shipping and payment.
Important note:
If the Place Order button does not appear, the system decided that a manual quote is more suitable.
This usually happens because of part geometry, size, or order volume.
In that case, click Request Manual Quote and we will review it and get back to you as fast as possible.
